Alberding GmbH celebrates its 30th anniversary

Customers and friends of Alberding GmbH travelled to Wildau from almost all over Germany on 4th July 2024 to celebrate Alberding GmbH's 30th anniversary together. More than 70 guests from authorities, universities, research institutes and companies took the opportunity to exchange ideas with the Alberding team at the Centre for Aerospace III.

The event started in the morning with a workshop for customers and interested parties in the ‘GeoMonitoring’ segment. Innovations in software and sensor technology were presented and future developments were discussed with the participants. Ten years ago, Alberding GmbH set new standards in automated geomonitoring with low-cost GNSS sensor technology.

After the lunch buffet, Jürgen Alberding, Managing Director of Alberding GmbH, gave an entertaining presentation on the company's development over the last three decades. In addition to the highlights and successes, Alberding also presented some of the failures and curiosities of recent years, much to the delight of the participants.

Alberding thanked the customers, partners and the entire team: ‘Our success would not have been possible without the support and cooperation of our customers, partners and dedicated team. We are proud of our achievements and look forward to continuing this successful collaboration.’

Following the speech, the Alberding team presented current products, new developments and the results of research projects in a small exhibition. The guests had the opportunity to find out about the latest developments and talk directly to the employees.

The event ended with a seminar on the new PPP RTK service as part of the SAPOS service, organised jointly with the Berlin/Brandenburg regional group of the German Association for Surveying (DVW). In an ESA project, a consortium led by Alberding GmbH developed software and system components to utilise this service.
